  • Cancellation Window: Most airlines allow cancellations within 24 hours of booking for a full refund (for bookings made at least 7 days in advance). After this window, cancellation fees may apply.

Cancellation Fees

  • Standard Fees: Cancellations are subject to airline-specific fees that may vary based on the type of ticket purchased. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Some fares are non-refundable. In this case, no refund will be issued, but you may be eligible to receive credit for future travel, depending on the airline’s policy.

How to Cancel Your Booking

To cancel your booking, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log In to your Now FlyEasy account and navigate to your booking details.
  2. Select the Booking you wish to cancel.
  3. Click on the Cancel option and follow the instructions provided.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request is processed.

Flight Modifications

  • If you wish to make changes to your flight instead of canceling it, please note that some airlines may allow modifications for a fee, subject to availability.
  • Changing Dates/Route: Changes to the travel dates or routes may result in additional charges and fare differences, which will be communicated to you at the time of the change request.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed according to the airline’s policy. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
